The 18-page booklet was published by famous opera singer Wilhelm Rode, who was the Indentant or General Director of the German Opera House in Berlin (from 1934 - 1943). He wrote the introduction on page 1 and is pictured next to Dr. Joseph Goebbels, Reichsminister für Volksaufklärung und Propaganda (State Minister for National Community Clarification and Publicity) on page 5.
There are pages listing the performances on the schedule: Die Walküre, der Fliegende Hollander and Tristan und Isolde by Richard Wagner, Verdi's Rigoletto, Don Juan and Die Hochzeit des Figaro by Mozart, Carmen by Georges Bizet, Beethoven's Fidelio, La Bohème, Tosca and Madame Butterfly by Giacomo Puccini, Der Rosenkavalier by Richard Strauß, Der Zigeunerbaron by Johann Strauss, Die lustige Witwe by Franz Léhar and the Christmas ballet Der Zauberladen by Rossini, just to name a few.
Solo dancers, actors and actresses, singers are listed, as well as all the people involved in these productions - directors, choir directors, conductors, set builders, technical and lighting directors, costume designers, press and advertising office workers, etc.

Three of the pages have beautiful tipped-in color illustrations of sets from Tannhäuser, Lohengrin and Meistersinger designed by well-known German film director, artist, architect and designer, Goebbels' friend and SS Officer Benno von Arent (shown in the reference photo below).
He was an early member of the Nazi Party and SS and one of Hitler's favorites, who had been appointed Reichsbühnenbildner (Nazi State Stage Designer) in 1936. During the Third Reich he also designed the impressive diplomatic uniforms for the Foreign Ministry of Joachim von Ribbentrop, and Strassenschmuck or street decorations for major Nazi marches. Von Arent is even listed as an artistic consultant in 1939-1940 catalog of SS Allach Porzellan-Manufaktur of München.
La Bohème, Tosca and Madame Butterfly by Giacomo Puccini
The last page contains a coupon as well as an unused order form to purchase Stammsitz tickets for the 1937-1938 season. Ten performances in row 1 and 2 were available for 60 Reichsmarks (the equivalent of $24) and the cheapest seats were offered for RM 40 (US$16) for the season.
